BME together with a long-term partner governmental agency CzechTrade is once again organizing an on-site B2B matchmaking, however, this year we change the location and  the event will take place in Prague for the first time. Join us and get to know new potential business partners during face-to-face B2B meetings!

New: In order to ensure better quality and efficiency of the event, we have adjusted the registration process. To take part in the individual supplier search, registration in “Shop” in your online account on the platform is mandatory. However, if less than 4 suitable suppliers are found, no costs will be incurred.

As a procurement market, Czechia is particularly characterized by automotive parts and metal products manufacturing. Czechia stands out for its electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, as well as for plastics and rubber processing.

To start the supplier search tailored to your individual requirements, please register to the event in “Shop” after logging into your account. Completed buyer company profiles will be the basis for identifying suitable suppliers in the Czech Republic. Buying companies will then receive access to supplier profiles from which suitable B2B partners can be selected for B2B discussions on-site.

First steps to participate in this event

➀ Register first as buyer or supplier for BME Matchmaking Service free of charge.
➁ Fill out and send the questionnaire to BME. 
➂ Register in “Shop” to the 10^th Sourcing Day Czech Republic.

➃ BME will inform you as soon as you get access to the profiles and can select your preferred B2B partners. 

Prices for suppliers

• Registration for BME Matchmaking service: free of charge
• B2B Booking Costs: to be defined by CzechTrade

Note: The final booking prices will be defined by our partners and may differ from the price list.

Prices for buyers

• Registration for BME Matchmaking service: free of charge
• B2B Booking Costs per company and B2B table (for all meetings): 695€*
  *Inclusive access to supplier profiles for the upcoming event.
  Booking cost for Flat Rate customers per company and a B2B table (for all meetings): 300 €
• Cancellation free of charge/BME-Sourcing-Guarantee: If less than 4 matching suppliers are found, you can cancel the booking free of charge. 

Additional services for buyers

• 1 Year Flat Rate All Supplier Lists, which gives access to supplier profiles from all upcoming events: 995€ p.a.
  Subscription expires on: 31^stof December of the current year**
• Supplier Lists of past BME matchmaking events, with all details of supplier profiles, per list: 595€
