After the success of Procurement and Supply Forum in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), BME together with Turkish Machinery and EURASIA’s Leading Industry Fair, WIN EURASIA is ready to organize the first Procurement and Supply Forum Türkiye. The event connecting German buyers and Turkish suppliers will take place on December 4, 2024 in Istanbul. Engaging presentations and discussions on current sourcing challenges as well as unique networking opportunities will be complemented by the heart of the event: individual B2B meetings. Attendance to the pre-evening event on December 3, 2024 is by invitation only.

Our aim is to match only those buyers and suppliers who really fit together. In order to guarantee high quality and targeted support for buyers, BME works together with Turkish Machinery and other strong partners. Based on the specific requirements of the purchasers, experts scan the market for suitable suppliers in Turkey. The primary focus here is on mechanical and plant engineering, automotive and aviation sectors.

The forum offers German companies a unique opportunity to learn how they can benefit from market developments in Türkiye and overcome challenges, while Turkish companies gain direct access to an attractive customer base. The close exchange between a large number of participating companies can thereby help companies find procurement solutions and boost economic relations between Türkiye and Germany.

The core for the targeted matchmaking process is the precise information provided by buyers and suppliers in their free online account on bmematchmaking.com. Both sides can indicate which companies they are interested in on the platform. Buyers will then decide which of their favorites they want to meet face-to-face at the B2B matchmaking event in Istanbul.

Buyers can select suppliers and either additionally book an individual table to meet them in pre-scheduled B2B meetings or reserve a Meet & Greet Table. While pre-scheduled B2B meetings provide an effective and target-oriented approach to connect buyers and suppliers, Meet & Greet tables are an alternative offered to buying companies that prioritize flexibility.

First steps to participate in this event 

➀ Register first as buyer or supplier for BME Matchmaking Service at www.bmematchmaking.com free of charge. The deadline for suppliers is extended to October 25, 2024
➁ Fill out and send the questionnaire to BME. 
➂ Register in “Shop” to the 1st Procurement and Supply Forum Türkiye.

➃ BME will inform you as soon as you get access to the profiles and can select your preferred B2B partners

WIN EURASIA - World of Industry Fair, the largest international industrial fair of the region in its field, will open its doors at the Istanbul Expo Center between May 28-31, 2025. Under the motto "Industries meet diversity," WIN EURASIA, the region's largest industrial fair, celebrated 30th anniversary during its latest edition. The event attracted 41,554 buyers and featured 750 exhibiting companies from 19 countries. Organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey, the fair hosted top procurement and purchasing professionals from around the world.
